Add Account Level Team Members to your Master Tagboard Account

  1. Have the team member "Sign in" to with their personal Twitter, Facebook or Instagram account (the one they want to use). Here are instructions you can send them on how to do that.
  2. Once they have successfully signed into Tagboard, you will be able to search for their personal account log-in name in the "Teams" section in your Stations Master Tagboard account. Log-in to your station's master account -> go to My Dashboard from the icon in the right top corner with the drop down arrow -> go to Teams (on the left of the page, 7th button down) -> start typing in the name of the team member in the Tagboard Username box without pressing enter -> click on the name once it pops up below the box
  1. You will see the list of team members successfully added to your station's account under the "Teams you are on" header. To delete a member, just press the "x" button on the right of their name. The team member will disappear from that list and no longer be a team member on your station's account.
