2. Check the error message in the console

Find the red error message in the console and compare it to the messages below to troubleshoot what might be wrong with your Tagboard embed.

"Tagboard not found. Please visit http://support.tagboard.com for troubleshooting help."

Most likely this tagboard has been deleted from the admin dashboard. Ensure the Tagboard still exists. If it does not, you will need to create a new tagboard and generate a new embed code.

"Embedding this Tagboard is not allowed for this domain. Please visit http://support.tagboard.com for troubleshooting help."

The domain for the website you are trying to embed on is not a valid domain as listed in the tagboard settings. To fix this, login to http://tagboard.com, go to the tagboard's settings, and click the Advanced tab. From there you will see a field titled "Embed domains". Add your domain there to make your website domain valid.
